District Council 20 shows support at Red for Fed rally

Washington, DC July 25, 2018On Wednesday, July 25, 2018 the District’s largest and most political and socially active union, the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees  District Council 20 participated in the Red for Fed rally by showing up in force in a show of solidarity. Council 20’s staff rep Ryan Connelly (not photographed) stated ” Not only is it great to see this many people out here, but to see so many different Unions coming together in solidarity truly inspiring”. Council 20 is committed to the lives and livelihood of its members and will continue to be a ever growing presence in and throughout the communities of the DMV.
