TRAINING: Writing Winning Employee Responses

When a Bargaining Unit Member receives a notice of discipline, s/he may be afforded the opportunity to appeal through one of several means.  Discussion will include the appropriateness of submitting an Employee Response vs. other options.  Participants will also learn how to structure a well-written Employee Response by incorporating important variables so that our member has the best chance of the discipline being reversed or reduced.  Whether representing members in the public or private sector, this training is designed with you in mind
